Hey Gents,
IIRC, I did some packet capture in Dynagen a few months back specifically in
search of this answer. I then did a search of the trace file for the value
I had configured on router e.f.g.h in the 'neighbor a.b.c.d remote-as'
command and came up with nothing. I don't recall that anyone involved in
the discussion posted back and showed me where I had missed something (and
my capture was done on the BGP interface of router e.f.g.h, so if it has
left the router, presumably I would have seen it). If anyone has any ideas
(or would just like to see the trace file output), I have a lab up in
Dynamips right now and will shortly be building out BGP. I'll gladly turn
some capture back on and have a second look...
Regards,
Scott

Thanks Tarun but my question was different. Joseph Saad has phrased my
question right. Thanks Joseph
