Hi Enyi,

You dont have to be able to ping your own interface for a FR link. The
basic rule is, you can only ping an IP address if you have a mapping
for it.

So if a question asks you to be able to ping your own interface, then
you put one in place. But if its not a requirement, I wouldnt bother
mapping my own interface and I dont see anyone being penalized for not
being able to ping your own FR interface if its not being asked
explicitly.
