Thanks, from what I'm reading "pass-through" and "dscp transparency" are
as follow.
Pass-through= neither CoS or DSCP are altered.
Dscp transparency= DSCP field is not altered.
This correct?

Bingo, the basics here are correct, IMHO. Now you can build on this to
include the "pass-through" options and the 3560 "dscp transparency"
option.
