Guys,

Just want to check something.

My works books have covered rate-limit but haven't really given an
explanation of the answer.

Am I correct in believing that if no other details are given apart from
allowing the interface to use say 3Mbps the default to find the normal
burst is to divide the bits allowed by 2000?

Any other views on this?
