Need help, 2621 router showing special characters

Dear Experts,

I just have copied IOS c2600-is-mz.122-40.bin into my Cisco 2621 series of
router through Xmodem, after booting the router I cant even have access to
rommon mode, router is just showing special characters like bE!C7 C.w
JC=8B0MG(E!B?PB0MG(E!Cb99b*B0BG(E!8B0OG(E!Cb

I can not use break sequence to get recovery mode,

After multiple time pressing Enter button Hyper terminal is showing a new
screen like
