I'm not exactly sure about the remote engine ID, but I'm guessing it's
this command:
snmp-ser eng rem 10.0.1.202 0123456789
The rest I think would be:
snmp-server group anygroupname v3 auth
snmp-server user admin anygroupname v3 auth md5 admin123
snmp-server host 10.0.1.202 version 3 auth admin
