The two automatic page reload plugins for Firefox that I've used are
"Reload Every"
and "Page Update Checker". They will automatically reload a page at a
specified interval (i.e. 1 minute, 5 minutes, etc). "Page Update Checker"
will play a sound for you when it detects a change while "Reload Every"
doesn't.
