You could also try the same phone using a power supply rather than POE if
that's an option or an external POE source, such as a PowerDsine device. It
would help determine if it really is a power issue or not.

Guys,

Thanks for the vlauble input. The actual issue here is the phones beyond
25th comes up but takes a lot of time say around 8 ~ 10 minutes.

Is this really a power issue? Are there any workaround to speed up the
process?
