then give a brief 10-20 minute quick interview of
candidates as they pass through the lab.

No much but, if a person can pass the lab on the first
try, that person can handle a 1/2 hour interview and
maybe get it over in 10 minutes or less.
Or a quick oral presentation on any given topic - the
trick is random.
Now if a person whizzed the lab 100/100 and can't give
a presentation say... RIP...
Then this person gets no certificate...
time are tough. Time to get tougher.
Remember randomness is the key.
