mpls exp imposition 5 and mpls exp 5 - ?

Hi:

Have a question when setting the mpls exp bits inbound on a PE router for
packets coming from the CE:

If I set both; mpls exp 5 as well as mpls exp imposition 5, should I be seeing
both of this set in the policy-map inbound?

Presently, I am only seeing one: either mpls exp imposition 5 or mpls exp 5
regardless if I set up both: only the last one entered takes effect.

So if I want to match both the vpn and the transport label, which one should I
set and how?

Thx.
