TE Tunnel not working between OSPF - NBMA Mode

Hi ,

I would appreciate if someone could address my issue at the earliest.
I have TE tunnel configured between two routers directly connected by an
Ethernet Interface.
IGP used is OSPF .
OSPF n/w type -- NBMA only.

My OSPF adj is up using neighbor commands.
My LSP is up and LDP neighbor is also up.

My tunnel is not up .

Any suggestions are always welcome.
