BGP clustering

Hi GS,
My question is that if there is a scenario whereby the iBGP peering
could have two possible route-reflectors we would need to complete the iBGP
peering.
In this instance, should we :-

1) just use any one ibgp peer as the route-reflector OR
2) create a bgp cluster-id and use the same cluster-id for both the
route-reflectors ??

3) Also, what is the show command to check th bgp cluster-id ? I could not
find the show command on the DOC CD.... The reason is that
at a later date, one would definetely like to check if there was a
redundant RR for that particular cluster AND also how do we check
the active RR in the cluster ?

Thanking you in advance,

Cheers,
