Hi, Rana

Without researching CCO documentation which I'm sure
you can do, I use the following:

You need to find the Committed Burst (bc) first.

bc=cir x tc(msec)
where:
cir is the the Committed Information Rate or "target
rate".
tc is time committed or interval length. max is 125 ms
and min is 10 ms.

To calculate the fragment size I use:

Fragment = bc/8
divide by 8 because the bc value is in bits and the
fragment size is in bytes.
