The lab fee raise occurred Sep 7th and was discussed on the GroupStudy
list at the time - when the standard lab fee went from US$1250 to
US$1400, they also raised the Tokyo lab price from 157,500 to 176,400 to
match, but failed to update all sections on the website properly.
(Well, sort-of-match. Current exchange rate Yen to USD makes the lab
cost about USD $1500, which is a small premium over somewhere like RTP
or San Jose, but still cheaper than Sydney or Brussels with their
GST/VAT!)
