RE: NLI R&S volume 7 Lab 35

I was consulted on the matter. I also replied to you
privately as well.

However, if anyone has a gripe and it is not being
taken care of, please feel free to ask me and if time
permits and the facts seem worthy - I can do wonders
with words sometimes.

Hey, this is where CCIE customers are and if
misunderstandings like this get resolved quickly and
efficiently, then where else can both sides show their
case and get near-immediate results.

This problem is one that can be relatively easily
resolved.

And when done so - everyone benefits.

We all like to know our vendors are fair and honest
people.

If handled correctly, things get better - not worse.
