You have to call them. See below:
How do I contact support?
Details
What happened to the "Contact Us" tab used to open an online support case?
Answer
On August 1, Certifications Online Support will be temporarily suspending
the "Contact Us" tab to host a support pilot with Cisco's frontline customer
service team.
The Certification Online Support tool provides a suite of support services
to meet your certification program needs including Instant Answers, Program
Updates and the ability to manage your support cases online.
For instructions on how to use the Certification Online Support tool, click
on the "Help Using this Site" tab on the top right of your screen to help
you navigate the site and search for commonly asked questions about the
Cisco Career Certification program.
If the located Answer does not address your question, you can contact a
Customer Support Agent, Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 5:00pm Pacific
Time at 1-800-829-6387 (US/Canada) or 1+ 408-902-5200 (International).
Additional global support numbers are listed here.
