1. Get a copy Kiwi Cat Tools - Freebie Version if you
like.

2. Configure it to log into your Terminal Server.

3. Configure it to email you the logs and errors -
optional. Still nice to know.

4. Write a little script to log into each device and
perform a show run - for example.

5. Kiwi will save and email (optional) you the output
of the commands - per your instructions.

6. You could confiugre Kiwi to log into each device by
IP Address as well.

There are other tools like AdventNet, CiscoWorks,
Solarwinds Cirrus, and other tools that pretty much do
the same. Even simple scripts work.
