Route Preference in OSPF based on cost and route-types

Hi Group,

    I am not sure which router will be preferred at the following
scenarios. I would be glad if you know them already. Or else I will
dig for some documents to find if the results and if not I have to try
it in the lab and then will let you know all.

Que 1:

Equal OSPF Cost for intra-area(O) and inter-area(O IA) for a network.

Will the traffic load balanced over this both routes or only
Intra-area route will be installed in RIB?

Que 2:
Inter-area cost lower than Intra-Area cost for a network.

Which route will be installed Intra-area(with high cost) or
Inter-area(with lower cost)

Although I can find the answer, I thought this question might be
useful for the group.
