I just happened to have an EIGRP lab up and running so I tested that and the
neighbors did not bounce. Verified this by doing 'sh ip eig neigh' and the
uptime reflected what I would have expected for no bounce. Nothing on the
CLI that indicated a neighbor bounce either...

In EIGRP configuration mode...

If I execute the "no default-information out" command.. will this cause
EIGRP to bounce (IE peers reset)?

I can't recall if it does.
