I agree that this is the MOST critical step.
In my case, to ensure that I did really sleep that night, this time I took the
train from downtown SJ to that Big Mall up the road fro Cisco's office and
walked and walked and walked to exhaust myself totally.
Then I went back to the hotel and ate a Big Chinese meal from across the
street. By the time it was 10pm, I was knocked out.
But I was able to get up at 6am, eat a Big breakfast in the hotel, pack my
bags and took the train back to Cisco down the street.
This really helped me and this time, guess what? I actually passed!
