Bad luck Robert. One can easily understand the situation when nothing
works and clock is ticking like anything. I think this is one of the
most pracarious situation and you want to overcome this ASAP.
Good luck for next time. I am also planning for next year April. Hope to
see #19xxx that time around for you and myself.

Subject: Failed at first try.
Just back from Brussel for my non-successfull first try at R&S.
After 9 months preparing for the lab I couldn't wait to give it a shot.
The night before I only slept for 3 hours, I was to excited to start.
I stayed at the Sofitel Hotel and I must say a great one. A bit on the
price but great beds and food and 15 min walk from cisco.
At lunch I had full IP and had started at BGP but got stock on that,
after lunch I skipped the BGP and started on the other subjects, at
15:00 I was done only left 5 items over that I had to check. First I
checked the configs, around 16:00 and found three errors, I tried to fix
the last 5 items but I could only fix 1 of the 4. My head was not
working at 100% anymore at that time. So I was happy that I fixed 1 of
the 5 at that time.
So I counted my sure points and got to 92, I was the first to leave the
room and got back to the hotel, didn't wanna drive back to home the same
night. Around 6 in the morning the mail arrived and said FAILED. Of the
92 points sure only 65 stayed, so in the end I wasn't even close to it.
There were two sections I counted for sure but got 0% BGP and multicast,
multicast I thought had every thing UP, in BGP I had around 75% sure.
Booked just a new date for march 2008, so the next few days I will make
a new study schedule and order some new books.
Robert.
