this as forwarding time?
And in RSTP there is no BL state - Discarding, right?
Were did you get this 2*fwd+2? ;)

Anyone know how to calculate the time catalyst port will be in BLK and
LRN state (in case of RSTP used) before coming to FWD state when link
up?
It seems to be 2*forwarding time + 2 sec?
