LOL :) Yeah, while mind-screening is the primary function of a tinfoil hat,
the stuff should theoretically work in both directions ;)

PS
powerful radio transmitters are quite popular in some Russian regions
due to natural huge gegraphic spans. No one ever dares to stay near a
directed antenna without wearing tinfoil pants ;)
