My reading of this is that the Ethernet Controllers POST failed at line three.
This tallies with the later reported error, which shows a memory error
associated with the third Ethernet Controller. I would suggest that you first
try to swap the RAM. Other than that, you are looking at getting a repair shop
to look at it.
