I have a 4 year-old and 17 year-old and they both keep me busy. Work is
crazy right now and I'm working on an April lab date. Exercise? What's
that? Good thing I work in a hospital so at least I get to walk most days.

Latest news on CBS and health trends is not good..

'Just as the holidays have arrived, a federal survey says the country's
weight problem is worse than ever with more than 60 percent of Americans
overweight.
The Centers For Disease Control is sounding an alarm. It says Americans are
now fatter than they have ever been, the heaviest since the government
starting keeping records. Despite billions of dollars spent on diet aides,
America's waistline keeps growing.'
I just wonder how much time any of you take out to keep in shape? My new
born boy is keeping me real busy at home, add that to working fulltime and
studying for the CCIE and Im pretty pressed for the usual gym visits or
lengths in the swimming pool.
