I plan on getting at least one more, but the thought of working more than
one at a time is just overwhelming. But it can be done. There's one
signature on the wall in RTP where a guy passed two different tracks with a
one day break between them. It takes a big set to pull of something like
that.

As far as using it in my day to day, R/S was definately the priority, and SP
will likely be my next choice. Security is also another option. Even
though I don't work in the 'security' group at my company, I do consult with
them almost daily and help provide technical solutions.

Bottom line is it really comes down to personal goals. If having one CCIE
is not first and foremost a personal goal, you'll never achieve it (I've
also seen surveys where 'personal goal' is the #1 reason candidates pursue
certification). You have to really want it to put forth the effort it takes
to complete the certification. The same would have to apply to multiple
certs. If it's a personal goal, and you're willing to put forth the effort,
then it's just a matter of time.
