Yea I get the same thing I looked up the sysystem message in the configs
guides and its explanation is weak. It's not related to mode either as I
tried it in both trans/server modes..

Error Message PM-2-VLAN_ADD: Failed to add VLAN [dec] - [chars].

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Note This message applies to Catalyst 3750, 3560, 3550, 2970, and 2960
switches.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Explanation The software failed to add the VLAN to the VLAN Trunking
Protocol (VTP) database. [dec] is the VLAN ID, and [chars] specifies the
reason for the failure.

Switch(config-if)#switchport voice vlan dot1p
% Voice VLAN does not exist. Creating vlan 0
Switch(config-if)#
00:21:20: %PM-2-VLAN_ADD: Failed to add VLAN 0 - VLAN not found.
