Moreover, the difference is, for shared tree, the source sends multicast
stream to the first multicast router, then the first multicast router sends
unicast encapsulating the multicast stream to RP, from which multicast
stream is transmitted down to the receivers; but for bidirectional shared
tree, there is no first multicast router, the source itself sends multicast
stream toward RP, and along the path to RP, the multicast stream is also
distributed to the receivers if there are.

For bidirectional shared tree configuration, not only the RP should be set
as bidirectional, but also the source.
