Hi David,

First, thanks for the very quick reply! Given the hour over in the UK, I
didn't expect reply anytime soon (I know, you're in the US). The below is
pretty much exactly what we have (I didn't have the LOM nor the "bt" in the
pvc statement. Code is C3845-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M, Version 12.4(9)T3. The way
this program works is that equipment is bought long before ever being
shipped. I try to preach to the guys to bring code up to date when they get
on the ground but there are so many competing priorities that they rarely
do.

What I notice in the log is that the virtual access interface keeps getting
unbound from the dialer. We'll get a tftp server set up on site tomorrow and
bring firmware up to date.

Make sure you have the latest firmware loaded

The firmware is most likely the cause of the flapping.
