They are plain stupid with their zillion databases. They sent the
invoice to my former employer, also the certificate, even if I had
updated the CCIE profile, CCO profile and PSS profile (though not the
VUE profile, which has nothing to do with the lab exam). And even if
I changed company association, I can still see in the ordering tool
the invoices issued to my former employer (err well, after opening a
ticket I am able to see orders from both current employer and former
employer). What can I say about that we are required to login with
both the CCO user name and the written exam data?? Like that they are
not able to link the damn profiles. And so on...
