Lalit,
from the first glance , we can create a static route of the summary you would like to advertise and point to Null0 and redistribute the static route in the Eigrp process you want the D EX "summary route".
Whenever you want a route to be D EX in EIGRP it has to be from other sources like redistribution than the normal method of advertising it.
