Here are some of your options:
A) Change the system MTU on the switch "system mtu 1500" and reload
B) Have the router and/or switch ignore the MTU "ip ospf mtu-ignore"
C) Change the interface MTU (GigE). Not all interface types support this
option as you may know.
D) For the 3560s use the "system mtu routing 1500" command. No reload
required.
