You get the full 8 hours... its ran lock step. Lunch is 20 minutes. Don't
eat the complex food. Bring basic protein/sugar/fat, like a protein bar you
like from GNC. Its so so cold in there you MUST eat something or your hands
will be weak by 4pm. Its probably 65 degrees which if you ever went to the
pool and came into frigid air conditioning is like what you will face. Wear
an undershirt and long sleeves.
Do you have a chronograph watch? Use it. 8 hours can fly by. Do watch your
time. If you find your self stuck on a 3 point task, give it 10 minutes MAX
and fly down the list every thing else you are not sure about, verify and
re-verify. Make sure your solutions work. Re-read the packet again, once you
think you are done. Draw out crazy hard tasks...
Go to the bathroom, bang out 20 push ups if you're cold.

Subject: Question on Lab exam timing
what is the total amount of time allotted for the lab exam? I.e. Total minus
breaks for lunch and such?
Just trying to judge my timing ... i'm assuming
we have a FULL 8hrs ... also are you allowed to work through lunch?
Hope that
is not covered on the NDA :)
Thanks
