You can turn of InARP requests, but NOT InARP replies on an interface, so
think about "not asking",
forget "not responding", because you have no control over the last one.
No Frame-Relay Inverse-ARP request sent, if no IP address configured on the
interface.
So first finish your F.-R. config, THEN configure your IP address.
If you have some junk 0.0.0.0 entries from InARP when doing a "sh fram
map", you might have to reload the router.
