Hi Josh,

As we all know that there are many good vendors who are providing
RACKS. But most of them prepare racks for IE work books. If they allocate one
(1) rack for NON-IE work books then they allocate three (3) or more racks for
IE work books. That indicates most of the people use IE workbooks than other
vendor workbooks. My style is always going to original vendor. It may be your
choice or style to use other rack vendors for IE work book practice. Few of us
don"t like to recommend best products or mention about shit products. But it
will help others to find the path.

As I wrote in my first email I have
discussed/complained about an issue of IE racks. Later I have explained you
that, how they handle it. They handle it nicely & finally I am happier than
previous. You can understand this if you compare my first email (Complain) &
my last emails. But I have not complained about their workbooks & other
products. I was doing one of their workbook labs in their rack. You can see my
anger in first email after I have lost my third practice session. It was
because I like to implement that workbook till the end. I got angry because I
liked very much to continuation of IE work book implementation. It was like if
you lost something very precious then you gets upset a lot. So I like IE
workbooks & that was the reason to select them as my CCIE product vendor.
Actually I have one of other work books & also CODs from both IE & another
vendor. I feel the difference. I have already failed because of lack of
knowledge & lack of practice
in my previous attempt. Two IE products heavily build a confidence to go for
another attempt. So that is the current status of my studies. Let"s see how it
is going. At the moment I am thrilled with IE WB & ATCOD.

Have a busy week
end with your studies!

you make a pretty large,
blaring statement about the other vendors....Your
mileage may vary, with any
vendor. I'm glad your excited with IE's services,
they have great products.
However don't bash the other vendors unless you
can provide some specifics.
There are other vendors with guarantee's, in
fact just about any reputable
vendor will provide a guarantee in the event
of equipment failure.
