you make a pretty large, blaring statement about the other vendors....Your
mileage may vary, with any vendor. I'm glad your excited with IE's services,
they have great products. However don't bash the other vendors unless you
can provide some specifics. There are other vendors with guarantee's, in
fact just about any reputable vendor will provide a guarantee in the event
of equipment failure.
