A 2650XM router does have some support for it using 12.3(8)T11. I wonder
what would happen if you loaded that IOS on a 2600XM with 128/32 or even
256/48 flash/mem??????
As a side the 3640 routers are low priced and do have some MPLS support.

You can use the feature navigator to see what is or isn't supported for
your IOS and platform.
I can tell you from personal experience that MPLS is not support on the
2610XMs :-(
