Net He is right there. The C-RP and MA (.39 & .40) traffic will always
remain a dense mode traffic and as such, this traffic will not be sent
back out the FR interface in the Hub router when it is received,
AFAIK, even when you enable NBMA mode on the Hub. Enabling NBMA mode
on the Hub only caters for the split horizon issue for the sparse mode
traffic coming in that FR interface.

Workaround to this, I would configure a tunnel between every spoke
router and the router that is bringing this dense mode traffic into
the FR cloud.

I have done this in the past, and it was the only solution I could use
at the time.
