Yes, I totally agree with Abderrahim, DON'T just keep throwing money
at it. one thing you should do is pay and get the official feed
back from Cisco. Make sure you understand the requirements, and
provide what is requested. There is an obvious disconnect between what
Cisco is requesting and what you are providing. Mock labs, could be an
important resource.

well... I dont totally agree with that.
Dont get me wrong im a huge fan of IE and even intend to use them for my
CCIE sp, but I think the problem may not necessarily be in the
workbooks.
Maybe you need to check your understanding of the technologies and
blueprint topics.
I blame myself for my 2 failed attempts because i underestimated the
exam and thought I could get away with going through the workbook
without really having a deep knowledge behind.
You can buy all the vendor's WB on the market, but without good
understanding of the blueprint topics, I dont see the benefit of it.
