Probably it happened because your first test was with Prometric and
the second one with VUE. As far as I know, their testing ID is the
primary key, not the CSCO number. As Ronnie said, you should open a
case with Certifications Online. Mention your testing IDs (not the
CSCO number) from both score reports.

It happened to me also, even if I had the same CSCO number on both profiles.
