Hi NITIN,
I quickly labbed your config. Network 149.1.44.0/24 on R4 seems not to be
connected with any other OSPF routers other than R4; for this reason it is a
stub network as far as OSPF is concerned. So it will not have an LSA by its
own by it will be listed as stub network in the router LSA originated by R4:
