One way to check if your hardware supports priority queues in or out is
to use this command:
sh int g1/0/0 capabilities
And if your hardware doesn't support some queues you obviously cannot
use them :) But if it happens you actually have priority queue on this
interface (I'd expect you have) then try to use actual bandwidth to
specify priority instead of percentage.
