To me if the question specifies to assign 2001:192:10:X::/64 , then how I
assign the interface identifier is free game since this has given me the
prefix and has left it up to to me to work out my address allocation. So I
believe I am free in this case to use either eui-64 for the Interface
identifier, or use Y.
