the clue lies in the way the ipv6 address is given in the question

on the ethernet 2001:192:10:X::/64
on the frame relay 2001:141:1:25::Y/64 ..the difference is this Y that
tells u whether u use eui or otherwise....If Y is there then its not eui-64
