when you have multiple parallel trunks, by spanning tree all trunk will be get in block state minus one.
The issue is what? if you join those trunk with etherchannel those trunk works as one, for spaning tree, and then not blocking trunk you will have. Using etherchannel is a way to have all trunks in spanning tree forwanding state.
