Proctor told me last month that they are planning to implement lots of
mobile lab camps, to meet the testing demand. This is being tested right
now. These camps would have a junior level proctor on site, there would be
no rack equipment on site, and if you needed clarification that the junior
proctor could not answer, he would call up a senior proctor to answer your
Qs. Proctor told me to spread it around.
