Heard nothing to that effect when talking to Proctors last Friday. True
there are labs RS & Voice at least hosted from Brussels RTP, San Jose(?) and
maybe others. RS was marked in next timezone, Voice locally. Not sure about
other tracks, didn't ask...

But never the less wherever you are the exams are the same.
