you still dont get it and i doubt if you will ever...
Its hard to believe that cisco's IT will tie a service such as webhosting to a single point of failure (i.e. the facility in sanjose). Or are you suggesting that it takes more than 2 hours for traffic to converge and start going through RTP.
This is a good case study of a Network design flaw from the "network" that claims to power the internet.
