Hi Scott,
Are those SecureCRT shortcuts on the desktop? I guess they must be reverse
telnet sessions to the devices. Great, that will certainly relieve us from
having to "configure" the CRT program in the real lab.

Another question: Are we able to access to the frame relay switch, in case
we need to perform any verification/troubleshooting? I'm under the
impression that it will be pre-configured and typically the PVCs are
full-mesh.

Please advise.
