It can take around 2 days time as everyone else is experiencing it.
For you however, hitting refresh on your CCIE status page, the time will
stretch proportionately to spousal pressure, work bonus's and personal
stress. So expect to perceive at least 3 weeks of time while hitting
refresh.
One tip to stay sane - Hitting refresh will change your certification
status, but you have to log out and log in to see your #
